Under the circumstances, a maintenance and development, of achievements of Ukrainian school of theoretical informatics to day appeared more than usual actual. One of necessary elements of decision of this problem is strengthening of theoretical informatics as mathematical discipline and it's teaching in such key in classic universities. To defend this position is a purpose of the annotated article.
