Побудова кусково-білінійних сплайнів для наближення функцій з розривами першого роду у вузлах ректангуляції двовимірної області

In the paper the general method of construction of piece-bilinear inerpolational splines which can have ruptures of the first sort on borders between rectangular elements with the parties parallel to axes of co-ordinates is offered. These results are offered to be used for approach of explosive functions from two variables, which too can have (and can and not have) ruptures of the first sort on the specified lines.
